As a Sales and Marketing Officer/Associate at ADS. Empire Corporation, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and success. What you'll be doing

• Developing and executing targeted sales strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and drive repeat business
• Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Supporting the creation and implementation of effective marketing campaigns across various channels
• Assisting with the development of sales presentations, proposals, and other promotional materials
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless delivery of products and services
• Continuously seeking to improve sales and marketing processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness

• Proven experience in a sales and/or marketing role, preferably within the advertising, marketing and printing industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to identify and address challenges
• Familiarity with marketing strategies and channels, including digital and social media platforms
• A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the willingness to learn and take on new challenges
• Proficiency in using relevant sales and marketing tools and technologies
