Qualifications

• College graduate, with or without a degree-related experience
• Completed at least 2 years of college with at least 6 months of BPO experience
• Good to above-average English communication skills
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills
• Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with healthcare-related inquiries and concerns
• Provide accurate information and appropriate assistance in a professional manner
• Handle customer requests through voice or other assigned communication channels
• Document customer interactions and update account information accurately
• Coordinate with internal teams when necessary to resolve customer concerns
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality
• Meet established quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards
