QUALITY ENGINEER

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor or diploma degree in technical major (or related field) are preferrable.

2. Have 1-2 years of experience in Quality Engineering of mechanical/electrical/ Instrumental field.

3. Proficient the use of quality tools analysis, such as Minitab and Microsoft software are preferrable.

4. Experienced in developing technical proposal, deliverables, and work procedures.

5. Fluent in English (both verbal and written).

6. Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an advantage.

Job description:

1. Will focus on support for technical handling in new project transfer

2. Able to Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive timelines and schedule that outline the said project phases, tasks, milestones, and deadlines. Administration of assigned the said project files.

3. Preparation of calculations and work procedures in support of projects.

4. Assist in checking MSA, Engineering drawing checking, machine, gauge and fixture, etc are qualified with Critical Items (CI) and well prepared

5. Development of cost, time and resource schedules for assigned projects in line with annual department budgets. Able to create and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks and address unforeseen issues. 

6. Compliance of job close-out reports and close-out of applicable non-conformance reports. Utilize Microsoft Project to plan, schedule, track and report project activities 

7. Able to do troubleshooting and improvement based on quality standards

8. Creative and able to maintain the quality machine and parts cosmetic, function continuously according to the quality system requirements

9. Monitoring and continuously improve the quality performance of KPI indicators

10. Responsible for the follow-up of the effect and the collection of quality data before and after.
