Coal Marketing Executive - Domestic Market

Job Desc:

• Develop and maintain relationships with domestic coal buyers.

• Identify new sales opportunities and expand the domestic customer base.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents for government and private sector projects.

• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with customers.

• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and quality control teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

• Monitor domestic coal market trends, customer demand, and competitor activities.

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer visit reports.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Mining Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in coal marketing, coal trading, or a related commercial role.

• Good understanding of Indonesia's domestic coal market and coal supply chain.

• Experience handling tenders for government or private sector projects is an advantage.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Able to work independently while managing multiple customer accounts.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

• Willing to travel for customer visits and business development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing network with domestic coal consumers, traders, or industrial end-users.

• Familiar with domestic coal pricing mechanisms, logistics, and commercial documentation.
