Job Description:
- Monitor and optimize production processes.
- Analyze and improve production processes to enhance quality, productivity, and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot production process issues and conduct root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with the Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare reports and ensure all production processes comply with company standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a Process Engineer in the manufacturing industry.
- Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Root Cause Analysis.
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Willing to work on a shift schedule.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
