The Salon at Bad Wolf is seeking a talented and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our dynamic team in Legian, Bali. This is a full-time position where you will deliver exceptional beauty and wellness services to our valued clients. As a Beauty Therapist, you will be at the heart of creating transformative experiences that enhance our clients' confidence and wellbeing. This role is integral to maintaining our reputation for excellence in the hair and beauty services industry.
Key responsibilities
Provide a comprehensive range of beauty treatments including facials, body treatments, waxing, and skincare services to clients
Ensure all treatment areas, equipment and tools are cleaned, sanitised and maintained to the highest hygiene standards.
Perform treatments with attention to detail, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction throughout each session.
Contribute to a positive and welcoming salon environment that encourages client loyalty and repeat business
Handle client enquiries and complaints professionally and courteously
Assist with retail sales of beauty and skincare products to clients
What we're looking for
A recognised qualification or certification in beauty therapy or a related field
Proven experience working as a Beauty Therapist in a professional salon or spa environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, consistent results
Flexibility and willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as required
