We are looking for a Drilling Performance Coach to support well delivery operations by driving continuous improvement in drilling efficiency, safety, and cost control.
Requirements
- Monitor and analyze daily drilling KPIs
- Identify inefficiencies and provide actionable recommendations
- Benchmark performance against project targets and industry best practices
- Provide coaching and mentoring to drilling teams
- Conduct on-the-job training, toolbox talks, and performance workshops
- Support planning and execution of drilling operations
- Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and contractors to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving performance-related challenges
- Capture lessons learned and drive consistent implementation across all wells
- Support adoption of performance-enhancing technologies and tools
- Lead initiatives to minimize NPT and improve overall well delivery performance
- Promote compliance with HSSE standards and foster a strong safety culture
- Lead by example in safety leadership and operational discipline
- Reinforce proactive risk management and continuous performance improvement
