About Us
We are a children's art studio dedicated to inspiring creativity through process-based art education. Our goal is not only to teach artistic skills but also to nurture confidence, critical thinking, and a lifelong love of learning in every child
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Art Teacher who believes every child has unique creative potential and deserves an inspiring environment to learn, explore, and grow with confidence
What We're Looking For
- A genuine passion for art education and working with children
- Strong artistic foundation with a good eye for aesthetics, composition, color, and creative expression
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Visual Communication Design (FSRD), Art Education, or a related field
- At least 2 years of teaching experience is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Creative and innovative in designing engaging art and craft activities
- Effective classroom management skills
- Patient, caring, and passionate about nurturing children's growth
- Strong presentation skills with great attention to detail
- High emotional intelligence and professionalism
- Eager to learn, embrace feedback, and explore new teaching ideas
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
- Committed to growing with our studio (minimum 2-year commitment)
- Available to start immediately
Main Responsibilities
- Inspire creativity and build students' confidence through process-based art education, focusing on each child's creative journey rather than only the final artwork
- Deliver engaging, age-appropriate art lessons that encourage curiosity, imagination, and creative thinking
- Monitor students' artistic development and ensure the quality of their learning progress and artwork
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, art supplies, and presentation slides when required
- Contribute ideas to enrich the existing curriculum by introducing appropriate art techniques, materials, and creative teaching approaches
- Provide constructive feedback and facilitate meaningful discussions about students' artwork
- Create a fun, positive, safe, and well-organized classroom environment while maintaining appropriate discipline
- Manage and maintain art materials, tools, equipment, and classroom supplies responsibly
- Organize and evaluate classroom activities to ensure meaningful learning experiences
- Prepare written reports and communicate students' progress effectively with the team and parents when required
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve teaching quality and deliver an outstanding learning experience
- Support the studio's daily operations to ensure classes and learning experiences run smoothly and efficiently
