The BSC Commercial Specialist is responsible for supporting business growth by developing client relationships, identifying commercial opportunities, and delivering tailored products and services that meet customer needs. This role works closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service, achieve sales targets, and contribute to the company's overall commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial agreements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing and delivery of customer requirements.
- Monitor customer accounts and provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide effective solutions.
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate customer records using CRM or other business systems.
- Achieve assigned sales and performance targets.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and commercial standards.
Qualifications
- With or without relevant work experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
