• Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in a national or regional role.

• Results-driven and target-oriented, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Highly mobile and flexible, able to travel frequently to oversee operations across different regions.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales-related software.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• A dynamic and adaptable individual who thrives in fast-paced and changing environments.
Education:
• Minimum bachelor’s degree - S1 Management from reputable university – Nasional Sales Manager
Age: Up to 45 years for National Sales Manager
