In charge of full quality control for electric motorcycle frames, welding & painting assemblies. Manage IQC, IPQC, FQC and lab QC team to ensure stable and compliant product quality.
**Core Responsibilities**
1. Control full-process quality for frame stamping, welding and surface treatment; set up SOP & inspection standards, improve pass rate and reduce scrap cost.
2. Manage incoming & outsourcing quality, handle non-conformity issues, conduct supplier audit, 8D improvement and quality rating.
3. Responsible for finished frame inspection and batch traceability, sort out test documents and support Indonesia SUT vehicle type approval.
4. Follow up frame quality complaints and road test issues, lead root cause analysis & corrective actions to avoid recurrence.
5. Manage, train and assess QC team; implement 5S & ISO system, submit quality reports and coordinate cross-department to balance quality and production efficiency.
**Requirements**
1. College degree or above in Mechanical, Welding or Vehicle Engineering. 3+ years e-motorcycle frame QC experience, 2+ years team management experience, familiar with frame production process.
2. Familiar with frame inspection standards, able to write SOP/8D reports, use testing equipment and read mechanical drawings.
3. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (required), English proficient is a plus.
4. Good at team management, problem-solving and communication; able to work under pressure; familiar with 5S, ISO and cost control.
**Preferred**
Indonesia local EV factory experience, familiar with SUT certification; experienced in frame quality optimization & cost reduction; able to cooperate with third-party testing labs.
