Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Branding, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Brand Communication, Influencer Marketing, Public Relations, or Social Media.
Having an established network of KOLs, influencers, agencies, or media partners is an advantage.
Strong understanding of digital culture, social media trends, and consumer behavior.
Experienced in managing end-to-end campaigns and analyzing campaign performance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Jobdesc:
Manage end-to-end KOL, influencer, creator, and agency process: sourcing, outreach, briefing, negotiation, execution, and reporting.
Search, identify, and build relationships with relevant KOLs and creators across multiple digital platforms.
Plan and execute KOL and influencer campaigns aligned with brand objectives and target audience.
Monitor campaign performance and provide evaluation and recommendations for future improvements.
Monitor digital trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand communication.
Initiate and execute trend-based communication and social engagement to strengthen brand relevance and audience interaction.
Ensure brand messaging and tone of voice are consistent across all digital communication and campaign activities.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute integrated brand communication campaigns.
