The Telecommunications Account Specialist is responsible for managing client accounts, providing telecommunications solutions, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Built strong customer relationships, identified business needs, and recommended tailored voice, data, internet, and communication solutions. Collaborated with sales, technical support, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Managed a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely support and ongoing relationship management.
- Identified client requirements and recommended appropriate telecommunications solutions and service packages.
- Prepared quotations, proposals, contracts, and service agreements.
- Coordinated service installations, upgrades, and issue resolution with technical and operations teams.
- Responded promptly to customer inquiries, resolving billing, service, and technical concerns.
- Monitored account performance and proactively identified opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.

Qualifications:
- Atleast High School Graduate
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Knowledge of telecommunications products and services, including internet, voice, data, and network solutions, is an advantage.
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
