Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Sourcing Lead to oversee and drive end-to-end talent sourcing strategies. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and skilled at identifying top talent through various sourcing channels. This role will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines and support the organization's hiring goals.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions.
Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct initial candidate screening and endorsement to the recruitment team.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and market trends.
Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Track sourcing metrics and prepare reports to evaluate sourcing effectiveness.
Promote the company's employer brand through various recruitment and networking initiatives.
Identify new sourcing channels and recommend process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency.
Perform other recruitment and talent acquisition-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
At least 2–3 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
Experience leading sourcing initiatives or mentoring sourcing specialists is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, Boolean search, social media recruitment, and professional networking platforms.
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and online job portals.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements.
Analytical, resourceful, and results-driven with strong attention to detail.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
