About the Role
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, expanding the customer base, and leading a high-performing sales team. This role focuses on managing key corporate and government accounts, promoting the company's technology and engineering solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Sales team to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share and customer base.
- Manage key corporate and government accounts and build long-term client relationships.
- Drive solution selling for integrated security, automation, AI, IoT, and energy solutions.
- Oversee the full sales cycle, from prospecting and proposal development to contract negotiation and project handover.
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline, forecasts, and market opportunities.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, Technical Support, and Marketing teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government procurement requirements.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business performance updates for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
- At least 5 years of B2B sales experience, including 3 years in a sales leadership role.
- Experience in engineering, industrial automation, security systems, ICT, energy, or technology solutions.
- Proven track record in solution selling, project-based sales, and managing corporate and government accounts.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of integrated security systems, CCTV, access control, AI, IoT, industrial automation, and energy solutions.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
