About the Role

We are looking for ambitious and social Sales Setters based in the USA to connect with warm leads and schedule appointments for our coaching programs. If you thrive in a fast-paced, consultative sales environment, this is a high-reward opportunity to engage with entrepreneurs and help them succeed.

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound and outbound warm leads, identifying potential clients for our coaching program.
• Schedule high-quality sales appointments, ensuring seamless handovers to our closers.
• Engage in tailored, compelling conversations to highlight the value of our programs.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in our CRM.
• Work closely with the sales team to refine strategies and optimize the sales funnel.
• Participate in ongoing training and team collaboration to improve performance.

About You

• Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred, but not required—we train the right people!
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable working remotely in a high-volume, high-energy environment.
• Passionate about sales, entrepreneurship, and personal growth.
• Organized with attention to detail, ensuring leads are managed efficiently.
