The Sales Director is Telcora's most senior commercial hire and the engine of the company's aggressive direct sales push. Reporting directly to the Director/Owner, this person owns the entire revenue pipeline — from building the sales team, forging industry relationships, to personally closing high-value deals with enterprises, government bodies, property developers, and system integrators across Indonesia.
This is a player-coach role. The Sales Director leads from the front — they do not sit behind a desk. They sell, they network, they represent Telcora at industry events, and they build a team that replicates their approach at scale.

Location: Jakarta (with nationwide travel)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Probation Period: 3 months
Start Date: As soon as possible
Revenue & Pipeline
• Own and deliver Telcora's monthly and annual sales revenue targets
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline — minimum 3x monthly target in active opportunities at all times
• Personally lead negotiations and close high-value B2B deals with enterprises, government, and property developers
• Drive new business development and expand Telcora's client base across Indonesia
Team Leadership
• Recruit, onboard, and manage the direct sales team (KAMs, Sales Executives, Sales Support)
• Set individual KPIs, conduct weekly pipeline reviews, and provide hands-on coaching
• Manage the Channel Partner Programme and commissioned reseller network
Industry & Market
• Represent Telcora at industry events, APJII/MASTEL forums, and networking functions
• Build relationships with IT procurement heads, system integrators, consultants, and contractors
• Track competitor activity and market trends — report insights to the Director monthly
Reporting & Operations
• Maintain CRM pipeline updated weekly — full visibility for the Director at all times
• Submit monthly sales performance report and 3-month rolling forecast by the 5th of each month
• Collaborate with Procurement and Operations to ensure accurate delivery timelines in proposals
Must Have:
• Minimum 5 years B2B sales experience — networking, IT hardware, or telco sector
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets in Indonesia
• Existing personal network of IT decision-makers, SIs, or procurement contacts
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
• Experience managing or mentoring a sales team
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia; working English proficiency
