As a Customer Service Representative – Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) Account, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information about banking, financial, and insurance-related products and services. You will play a key role in creating positive customer experiences while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to banking, financial services, and insurance products.
- Resolve customer concerns by identifying appropriate solutions and ensuring complete resolution.
- Provide accurate information regarding accounts, transactions, billing, policies, and available services.
- Verify customer information while maintaining strict confidentiality and data privacy standards.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the company's systems.
- Meet or exceed quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Stay updated on company policies, products, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with team members and support departments to ensure excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work onsite.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays if required.
