What You'll Do

• Develop and execute commercial growth strategies

• Build partnerships with retreat leaders and wellness professionals

• Drive sales growth and improve conversion

• Optimize CRM, sales systems, and SOPs

• Lead, coach, and support the sales team

• Identify new business and revenue opportunities

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has experience in Sales, Business Development, or Commercial Growth

• Thinks strategically and executes effectively

• Takes ownership and delivers measurable results

• Enjoys building businesses, not just managing them
