JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or any other related courses.
- Minimum of one (1) year relevant experience in content marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook)
- Strong visual aesthetic and experience with video editing tools (capcut, adobe, canva)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of the team.
- Willing to work full-time and on-site in Ortigas and BGC.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and create content that aligns with the company's brand voice, values, and objectives across multiple platforms (website, social media, internal communications, etc.).
- Create and produce multimedia content, including videos, images, graphics, and infographics, to support marketing, sales, and corporate communications efforts.
- Create, edit, and produce videos for various platforms, ensuring the content is engaging, on-brand, and optimized for Facebook Reels, Instagram Stories, TikTok, etc.
- Monitor the performance of video content across platforms using social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, TikTok Analytics) to track views, engagement, and growth.
- Experiment with different types of video formats (e.g., behind-the-scenes, tutorials, user-generated content) to determine what resonates best with the target audience.
- Optimize content for mobile devices, ensuring all digital content is responsive and easy to consume on smartphones and tablets.
- Ensure brand consistency in all digital content, adhering to corporate style guidelines and maintaining a cohesive online presence across all platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and communications teams to ensure consistency and alignment in content across all channels.
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to generate new content ideas and ensure the company’s content stays relevant.
- Ensure content is optimized for search engines (SEO) by using appropriate keywords, tags, and descriptions for online content.
- Track and analyze the performance of content using analytics tools and provide reports on content reach, engagement, and effectiveness.
- Work with other teams (e.g., sales, marketing or HR) to produce content that supports their objectives, such as product updates, promo and discounts, customer FAQs, and job postings.
- Maintain an editorial calendar to ensure timely delivery of content and coordinate with Marketing departments for approvals.
- Stay updated on the latest content trends, technologies, and tools to continually enhance content creation processes.
- Assist in the development and execution of content strategies that contribute to lead generation, customer retention, and overall business growth.
- Collaborate with external agencies, influencers, or contractors for larger campaigns, events, or projects.
- Other tasks that management may assign from time to time.
