Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- We also accept Senior Highschool graduates with call center experience.
- At least 2 years of experience for Call Center Staff.
- Relevant experience in outbound calling and upselling services is a plus.
- Must have good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
Responsibilities
Inbound
- Handle patient and customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints from social media and the Shinagawa booking platform professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Manage patient appointments for consultations, surgeries, and procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, providing guidance on treatments and medical information.
- Analyze daily inbound operations to provide insights for marketing and sales.
- Ensure qualified inquiries are converted into appointments or sales.
Outbound
- Make 20–30 outbound calls daily to prospective leads from online platforms.
- Promote services, address objections, and secure appointments with a high conversion rate.
- Conduct satisfaction surveys with existing patients and generate leads through referrals.
- Others tasks that Management may assign from time to time relevant to job positions.
