Senior Mine Geologist

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning weekly work based on the section work plan; executing C supervising the section work plans, as well as reporting work progress so that individual output is achieved effectively in accordance with the work plan, and at an efficient cost

• Monitoring the implementation of production geology activities such as taking rock samples, Grade Control drilling samples (RC and blasthole), grab sampling, and channel sampling, and being actively involved in mapping, including RC/blast hole mapping C pit mapping, so that there are no errors in material classification C geological information is available and updated to explain the differences in the reserve model

• Conduct the grade control estimation and polygon generation regularly and deliver according to the SOP and in line with the mining schedule; ensure the material is delivered according to the Material Movement Flow (MMF) that has been settled

• Arrange and manage the position of ore material in the stockpile based on the ore characteristics (geometallurgical study) so that plans C services for the extraction C crushing process needs can be optimal

• Ensuring all employees comply with all OHS regulations; ensuring the availability of JSA documents for all high-risk jobs and implementing them in their work areas, coordinating C implementing a program of duty observation C planned general inspections

• Delivery of geometallurgical study implementation and conduct periodic review

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Geology/Geological Engineering

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Gold Mining Geology

• Strong technical skills in mine geology, grade control drilling, sampling, and mining reconciliation to influence product quality and ore processing performance

• Geological interpretive skills, understanding and recognition of mineralization models and geological processes

• Possess a strong knowledge of Geological Modelling software, particularly resource modeling

• Team player with strong leadership skills and an uncompromised dedication to working safely

• Mentor junior members of the team

• Understand the best-in-class/good mining practice standards

• Advanced in Microsoft Excel and Access or database software on an SQL basis
