Key Responsibilities

• Bespoke Guest Service: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned guests, managing seamless check-ins, check-outs, and personalized room orientations.
• Chauffeur Services: Safely and comfortably drive guests to and from the airport, local attractions, and business meetings using company vehicles.
• Anticipating Needs: Proactively identify and fulfill guest preferences, including arranging dining reservations, booking tours, and running bespoke errands.
• Seamless Coordination: Work closely with the Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B departments to ensure all guest requests are executed flawlessly and promptly.
• Luggage & Wardrobe Management: Assist with packing, unpacking, and coordinating laundry or dry-cleaning services as required.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Driving Proficiency: Must possess an active and valid driver’s license (SIM A) with a clean driving record and excellent navigational skills.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Butler, Guest Relation Officer, or a similar role in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Language Skills: Excellent command of spoken and written English. Additional languages are highly advantageous.
• Attitude & Appearance: Impeccable grooming standards, a warm personality, and a highly professional, discreet demeanor.
• Problem Solver: Strong ability to handle requests and resolve issues swiftly with grace under pressure.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, to accommodate guest needs.
