OUR TEAM:

In the Learning & Development (L&D) Department, we aim to build strong organizational capabilities by developing people through structured learning programs, training initiatives, and continuous skill enhancement aligned with business needs.

MISSION:

In the domain of language training and learning development,

• Deliver effective English training programs to improve communication skills across the organization

• Develop engaging learning materials and structured training modules aligned with business needs

• Support L&D initiatives and contribute to capability development across functions

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in English Education, Linguistics, or related field

• Proven experience as an English Teacher / Trainer (full-time or freelance)

• Strong capability in lesson planning and training material development

• Experience handling mixed-level learners and adapting teaching approaches

• Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage participants

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Basic digital literacy (PowerPoint, LMS, or e-learning tools)

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training schedules

• Fluent in English (spoken & written)

• Willingned to be placed in Cikarang, Kab. Bekasi, West Java

Preferred:

• Interest or experience in Learning & Development / corporate training

• Experience developing structured training modules or curriculum

• Familiarity with digital learning tools (Articulate, Canva, LMS platforms)

• Experience facilitating group discussions, workshops, or employee training programs

• Willingness to grow into a broader Training Officer / L&D role
