Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and personable Survey Specialist to conduct customer satisfaction surveys, gather valuable feedback, and prepare accurate reports. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is comfortable interacting with customers, and can analyze survey results to support business improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to customers to complete satisfaction surveys.
• Handle inbound calls from customers participating in survey activities.
• Ask survey questions following company guidelines and record responses accurately.
• Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service during every interaction.
• Update customer information and survey records in the system.
• Meet daily and monthly survey targets while ensuring data accuracy.
• Escalate customer concerns or complaints to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Prepare and submit daily accomplishment reports.
• Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or College Level are welcome to apply.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork when necessary.
