Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on company buildings and facilities.
Carry out minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, masonry, and painting works.
Repair doors, windows, locks, ceilings, walls, flooring, and other building fixtures.
Install shelves, cabinets, fixtures, appliances, and office equipment.
Conduct routine inspections and identify maintenance issues before they become major problems.
Perform minor repairs on air-conditioning, lighting, and water systems.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair work.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, equipment, and work areas.
Monitor and report material requirements and spare parts inventory.
Coordinate with contractors or suppliers for specialized repairs when necessary.
Follow occupational health, safety, and company maintenance procedures.
Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor.
High School Graduate, Vocational Graduate, or Technical Course graduate.
TESDA NC II certification (Electrical Installation, Carpentry, Plumbing, RAC Servicing, or related field) is an advantage.
At least 1–3 years of experience in building maintenance or handyman work.
Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and masonry.
Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Physically fit and willing to perform manual labor.
Can work independently with minimal supervision.
