- Attend training to improve personal development and technical skills.
- Attend to applicants' and borrowers' customer support needs and complaints.
- Accommodating drop-by clients. Training and guiding new staff members.
- Coordinating with different departments to resolve borrower concerns.
- Refer applicants and borrowers to other departments accordingly after offering initial assistance. Conducting phone survey.
