Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus, answer questions, and provide recommendations on food and beverages.
- Take customer orders accurately and relay them promptly to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages according to established service standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and addressing concerns professionally.
- Monitor tables throughout service and provide attentive customer care.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Process payments and handle cash, card, and POS transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, service stations, and restaurant facilities.
- Restock utensils, condiments, napkins, and other dining supplies as needed.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setup and cleanup tasks.
- Coordinate with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and company policies and procedures.
