Food Attendant

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, answer questions, and provide recommendations on food and beverages.
• Take customer orders accurately and relay them promptly to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages according to established service standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and addressing concerns professionally.
• Monitor tables throughout service and provide attentive customer care.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Process payments and handle cash, card, and POS transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, service stations, and restaurant facilities.
• Restock utensils, condiments, napkins, and other dining supplies as needed.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setup and cleanup tasks.
• Coordinate with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
