  1. Able to handle full set report in accounting (AP, AR, Bank, GL, Inventory)

  2. Understand Indonesia taxes regulation

  3. Record cash flow & report to headquarter

  4. Understand Bank Indonesia & BKPM reports

  5. Support annual financial audit and any ad-hoc assignment as needed

  6. Handle administrative works

  7. Assist in daily operational for any payment and record

  8. Tax report (PPh 21, PPh 23, 4(2), Final

  9. Handle for company insurance (BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan)

  10. Recruitment & labor contracts

  11. To carry out such duties and job functions as may be assigned to you from time to time by the manager and such duties are not necessarily limited to the above title and responsibilities and may be subject to changes

  12. Able to handle full set HR (Advertise, Shortlist, Interview, Agreement, BPJS, Salary Payment)

  13. Assist to handle Office Issue

  14. Experience in Forwarding Company is a must
