Manager Finance Accounting Tax

Responsible for leading the company's accounting and tax functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting,tax compliance, and strong internal controls.

- Handle full set of accounts by compliance with accounting standards : Accounts Payables (AP), Receivables (AR) and GL
- Maintain strict review and verification process on all account related data in documents and system to ensure high accuracy in account record.
- Prepare monthly journals for month end closing and year end closing.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and manage company petty cash reports.
- Liaise with Warehouse staff to perform monthly or yearly physical stock counts.
- Prepare Monthly Account Closing and management report in a timely and accurate manner (in Company's internal Account System).
- Coordinate with external consultant as needed.
- Keep track of all monthly payments and expenditures, including PO and direct invoices/receipts, to properly perform cost allocation for projects and project cost monitoring.
- Prepare yearly budget report and cash flow forecast report.
- Liaise with external and internal parties to rectify and resolve any account related discrepancies or errors.
- Prepare document for annual internal and external audit.
- Other responsibility as needed.

Job Requirement

?Bachelor's degree in Accounting
?Business English proficiency
?Min. 3 years as FAT Manager in multinational company, experienced in handling accounting projects (progressive payment), with other experience such as organizing/improving/creating company's FAT system, and handling audit
?Min. 10 years in handling Finance Accounting Tax matters
?Familiar with Indonesia IFRS, Indonesia VAT Act, Withholding Act, Income Tax Act and Companies Act
?Proficient in MS Excel and accounting system (please mention)
?Good communication skill, strong personality, well organized, good problem solving and good management skill
