Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain 3D BIM models based on project requirements and design drawings
Perform clash detection and coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
Collaborate with project teams to ensure model accuracy and completeness
Prepare and update shop drawings and construction drawings from BIM models
Ensure all BIM data complies with company standards and project specifications
Assist in quantity take-off and model-based documentation
Coordinate with engineers, designers, and consultants during project execution
Maintain proper documentation and version control of BIM files
