Production Coordinator – Furniture Division (Jakarta Based)

About the role

Are you an experienced Production Coordinator looking for an exciting new opportunity? William E. Connor & Associates LTD, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our Furniture Division in Surabaya Office, East Java location. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient production and delivery of high-quality furniture products.

What you'll be doing

• To manage and monitor vendor production activities,

• Ensuring orders are completed on time, in full, and according to quality requirements

• To maintain close coordination with vendors and internal teams.

• Work with internal system and overseeing weekly and monthly reports.

• Coordinate shipping department on vessel allocation for vendors.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Coordinator or similar role in the manufacturing industry, preferably in the furniture sector

• Strong follow-up and coordination skills

• Good understanding of production flow and timelines

• Problem-solving mindset (ability to handle delays/issues)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Good attention to detail and organization

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vendors

• Proactive and results-driven and have strong sense of urgency

• Basic computer skills (Excel, internal systems, email)

• Able to speak and write in English
