This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of our financial operations from bookkeeping and reporting to budgeting and compliance.


You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, maintain healthy cash flow, and support strategic decision-making. Beyond numbers, we are looking for someone who understands that finance is a key driver of business success and long-term impact.

Job Responsibilities


Financial Operations & Bookkeeping

- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions, ensuring completeness and compliance with company policies.

- Manage daily bookkeeping activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial documentation.

- Ensure proper filing and organization of invoices, receipts, payment records, and supporting documents.


Accounts Receivable Management

- Monitor incoming payments from e-commerce platforms, retail partners, distributors, and other sales channels.

- Reconcile customer payments and identify discrepancies or outstanding balances.

- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely collection and accurate revenue recognition.


Accounts Payable Management

- Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and operational expenses accurately and on time.

- Maintain payment schedules and ensure obligations are fulfilled within agreed payment terms.

- Verify supporting documents and approvals before payment processing.


Bank & Cash Reconciliation

- Perform regular bank reconciliations and ensure balances match accounting records.

- Monitor cash flow movements and report any irregularities or discrepancies.

- Assist in maintaining healthy cash flow and liquidity management.


Financial Reporting

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Reports.

- Support management with financial analysis and performance reporting.

- Ensure timely and accurate financial closing processes.


Budgeting & Financial Analysis

- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.

- Monitor actual spending against budgets and highlight significant variances.

- Provide financial insights to support business planning and decision-making.


Tax & Regulatory Compliance

- Assist in preparing tax calculations and supporting documentation for tax filings.

- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and accounting standards.

- Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and tax consultants when required.


Inventory & Cost Control

- Collaborate with Operations and Warehouse teams to ensure inventory records are accurate.

- Monitor inventory-related transactions and support stock reconciliation processes.

- Assist in analyzing product costs, margins, and operational expenses.


Internal Controls & Process Improvement

- Develop and maintain financial controls to safeguard company assets.

- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.

- Support implementation of financial systems, automation, and best practices.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Management teams to support business initiatives.

- Provide financial guidance and support for campaigns, events, and business projects.

- Assist management in evaluating business performance and growth opportunities.

Requirements / Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Bookkeeping, or related roles.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping processes.

- Experience handling Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and bank reconciliations.

- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and financial compliance requirements.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and financial reporting.

- Experience using accounting software such as Jurnal, Accurate, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar platforms is preferred.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong integrity, accountability, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of financial information.

- Experience in retail, e-commerce, FMCG, or consumer goods industries is a plus.

- Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively across departments.


Additional Knowledge / Skills

- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.

- Understanding of inventory accounting and cost of goods sold (COGS) calculations.

- Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management.

- Familiarity with e-commerce marketplace reconciliation (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.) is highly preferred.

- Experience preparing management reports and business performance dashboards.

- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

- Ability to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

- Effective communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.

- High level of ownership, professionalism, and accuracy.
