About the role
Motel Mexicola is seeking an experienced Expat Asst. Venue Manager to join our dynamic team in Bali. As Expat Asst. Venue Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of our vibrant hospitality venue. This is a contract role, offering the opportunity to be part of an innovative and fast-paced business in the heart of Bali.
What you'll be doing
Manage all aspects of venue operations, including staffing, inventory, budgeting, and guest experience
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth, increase operational efficiency, and enhance the venue's reputation
Foster a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused work culture
Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
Identify and capitalise on opportunities for business development and expansion
Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of exceptional service
Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior venue management or operations role, ideally within the hospitality industry
Proven track record of successfully managing a diverse team and driving operational excellence
Strong business acumen and financial management skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Fluency in English, with proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia highly desirable
Familiarity with the local Bali market and cultural understanding is a plus
