We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our facilities, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests and staff.
- Clean and sanitize rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas according to established standards
- Change linens, make beds, and restock room supplies as needed
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, dust surfaces, and clean windows
- Dispose of trash and recyclables in a safe and sanitary manner
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damages to the supervisor promptly
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring proper storage and usage
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols at all times
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer or guest requests
- Adhere to confidentiality and privacy guidelines, especially in residential or hotel environments
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of tasks
- Participate in periodic deep cleaning projects as scheduled
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is advantageous but not required
- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good physical stamina; able to stand, lift, bend, and move for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Customer-focused attitude with good communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to established protocols
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if required
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and respecting privacy
