We are currently looking for a qualified and competent ITO Operations & Analytical Consultant to support our client business.
Location: Jakarta
Industry: Medical technologies and services
Contract: 12 months (extendable based on performance & business needs)
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree graduate
5 years or more of relevant working experience
Has functional experience in sales operations, data analysis, and/or CRM databases
Preferable should has experience in healthcare/medical devices/pharmaceuticals industry (desired but not necessary)
Has detail-oriented, strong communication, project management and stakeholder engagement skills
Good analytical & problem-solving skills
Proficient in English (spoken & written) is required
Responsibilities
Supporting ASEAN Imaging orders processing on quote configuration, pricing and order entry in CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) tool
Coordinate with respective approval stakeholders for configuration, pricing and T&Cs approval to ensure orders are processed and booked in an accurate and timely manner
Managing data quality by validating accounts
Ensure continual improvement of quoting to order process
Obtain and review customer documentation for accuracy, completeness
Supporting Analytical initiatives to demonstrate value of SFDC to commercial team
