We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle insurance-related inquiries and claims. You will be responsible for providing policy information, resolving customer concerns, and meeting performance targets in a fast-paced, shifting environment.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle inbound and outbound inquiries related to insurance policies, claims, and coverage.
  • Assist customers in understanding policy terms and processing requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
  • Coordinate with the claims department to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets (CSAT, AHT, and Quality).


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College Graduate in Financ, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent English communication skills (Verbal and Written).
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic computer navigation.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Quezon City.
  • Amenable to shifting/night shift schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a high level of empathy.
