RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify training requirements
Develop and implement training modules and SOP based learning programs
Deliver mandatory, and operational training programs
Monitor training administration, documentation, and evaluation
Collaborate with departments to support employee competency development
Prepare training reports and ensure continuous improvement initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Communication, Tourism, or related fields
Minimum 3 year of experience as a Training Supervisor, preferably in hospitality, tourism, operational, or service industries
Experienced in TNA, training module development, and SOP based training programs
Strong understanding of training administration and evaluation
Excellent public speaking, communication, and facilitation skills
Analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and strong problem solving abilities
