· Lead the visual direction for brand campaigns, collections, and creative projects.
· Direct and oversee photoshoots, video productions, and other creative executions.
· Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across social media, website, marketplaces, retail, and packaging.
· Collaborate with the Marketing team to bring brand stories and campaigns to life.
· Guide, mentor, and inspire photographers, videographers, stylists, and other creative team members.
