Digital Marketing & Graphic Designer
Location: On-site, Canggu – Bali
Working days: 6 days/week, 8 hours/day
Salary: IDR 4,500,000 – 6,000,000/month + IDR 25,000/day meal allowance
About the Role:
We are Viskal – a third-party hiring partner, looking for a creative Digital Marketing & Graphic Designer on behalf of a premier padel & sports club in Canggu.
This is not just a social media role; we need a visual storyteller with a strong design foundation. You will be the architect of our brand’s visual identity across all digital platforms. While you will manage social media, your core strength must be graphic design—creating stunning visuals that capture the energy and premium lifestyle of our club.
What you will do:
- Design & Branding: Create high-quality visual assets for social media, website, newsletters, and on-screen displays (posters, menus, promotional flyers).
- Content Creation: Shoot, edit, and post daily content (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) with a focus on aesthetically pleasing compositions.
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Manage the content calendar, run paid social campaigns (Meta Ads), and analyze performance data to optimize engagement.
- Community Engagement: Manage comments, DMs, and community interaction to build a strong online presence.
- Asset Management: Keep the asset library organized and maintain brand consistency across all channels.
- On-the-ground Capture: Capture real moments: matches, classes, recovery, events, and member life to fuel your design work.
What we need:
- 2+ years experience in Graphic Design & Digital Marketing (Portfolio required—design-heavy).
- Technical Skills: Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and mobile editing apps (CapCut). Comfortable with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras.
- Design Taste: Strong visual taste with a focus on premium, lifestyle, and aesthetic branding.
- Copywriting: Fluent English copywriting skills (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Work Ethic: Comfortable working on-site, weekends, and events. Open to feedback, reliable, and highly organized.
What you will get:
- Base Salary: IDR 4.5 – 6 million/month.
- Daily Meal Allowance: IDR 25,000/day.
