Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Marketing Assistant to support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple brands. The ideal candidate has experience in digital marketing, brand coordination, and content management, with a passion for creating engaging customer experiences and driving brand growth.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
Coordinate marketing activities for multiple brands and ensure consistent brand messaging
Create, schedule, and manage content for social media platforms, websites, and e-commerce marketplaces
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback across online channels
Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, agencies, and external partners for marketing initiatives
Track campaign performance, prepare marketing reports, and recommend improvements based on data
Assist in organizing product launches, promotional events, and brand activations
Update website and marketplace content, ensuring product information is accurate and current
Maintain marketing materials, promotional assets, and project timelines
Perform other marketing and administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing coordination, brand management, digital marketing, or a similar role
Experience handling multiple brands or product lines is an advantage
Background in retail, jewelry, fashion, or lifestyle brands is preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects, campaigns, and deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Familiar with project management tools such as Trello, Notion, Google Sheets, or similar platforms
Working knowledge of social media platforms, Shopee, Lazada, and website content management systems (CMS)
Creative with a strong eye for branding, design, and visual consistency
Analytical and capable of monitoring campaign performance and preparing reports
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and external partners
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
