Social Media Specialist & Content Creator (Cafe Growth)

Culture Cafe is looking for a dynamic, high-energy Social Media Specialist & Content Creator to join our team in Bali. This isn't just about posting pretty pictures—this is a hands-on, high-impact role where your creativity directly drives the culture and community inside our cafe.

You will spend your days capturing the vibe of our space, engineering viral moments, and actively building relationships with customers online to keep our tables full.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Production: Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality, engaging behind-the-scenes content daily. You will be expected to publish 2 high-impact posts per day across Instagram and TikTok using raw footage captured on-site.

• Viral Strategy: Stay ahead of short-form video trends, audio tracks, and platform algorithms to create entertaining, highly shareable content that puts us on the map.

• Daily Engagement & Outreach: Actively drive direct sales by messaging 100 targeted people per day, offering them an exclusive 25% community discount to bring them through our doors.

• Community Management: Keep our social media vibrant and alive. You’ll stay on top of daily Instagram/TikTok stories, interactive polls, tags, and real-time community interactions.

What We Are Looking For

• A proven track record of growing TikTok and Instagram accounts (portfolio or links to your previous work required).

• Advanced skills in mobile video editing (CapCut, Premiere Rush, etc.) and a sharp eye for lighting, framing, and pacing.

• A confident communicator who isn't afraid to hit the DMs, build relationships, and execute direct outreach campaigns daily.

• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and brings creative energy to the team every morning.
