In House Designer - Jakarta - Contract - WFO - (ID: 705798)

Responsibilities:

1. Design and produce high-quality visual materials, including: POSM Design for In Store Excellence, social media content (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc), marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, banners, posters), business presentations and proposals, website and other digital assets.

2. Maintain and ensure consistency of brand identity across all platforms

3. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders to understand design requirements

4. Develop creative concepts from ideation through execution

5. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

6. Revise and refine designs based on stakeholder feedback

7. Stay up to date with design trends and best practices to continuously improve output quality

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field

2. 2–5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or In-House Designer

3. Proficient in design tools such as: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Additional tools like Figma, Canva, or After Effects are a plus

4. Strong and relevant design portfolio

5. Solid understanding of design principles (layout, typography, color theory)

6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong attention to detail and time management skills

7. Photography or videography skills, motion graphics or video editing experience, creativity and visual storytelling, basic project management skills
