About the Company

The Forty Eight Candidasa is an exclusive boutique resort that combines comfortable accommodation with a distinctive culinary experience. Our facilities include seven guest rooms, Lagoon Restaurant & Shisha Lounge, as well as a new café and villa project currently under development.

We are looking for a strong, independent, and experienced operational leader to oversee the overall management of our property.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Total Operations Management
Oversee the daily operations of the resort’s seven guest rooms, maintain the highest housekeeping standards, and ensure a smooth guest journey from reservation and check-in through to check-out and overall guest satisfaction.

F&B Leadership
Lead the operations of the restaurant and shisha lounge, maintain food and service quality, and develop practical strategies to increase F&B revenue.

New Outlet Pre-Opening
Lead the setup and pre-opening process for the new café and villa, which are targeted to begin operations within the next two months.

Team Development
Recruit staff when required, provide training, prepare work schedules, supervise performance, and maintain discipline among all operational employees.

Reporting and Cost Control
Improve operational cost efficiency, independently resolve daily operational issues as the main on-site decision-maker, and provide comprehensive reports on a regular basis.

Professional and Personal Qualifications

• Candidates with a high level of professional maturity are preferred.

• Minimum of three years’ experience as a Manager or Assistant Manager in the hospitality industry.

• Experience managing a boutique property or villa complex is highly preferred.

• Strong cross-departmental knowledge and experience, particularly in Room Division and Food & Beverage.

• Experience in the pre-opening of a restaurant or café will be a significant advantage.

• Able to make strategic decisions on-site, demonstrate authority and firmness, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in standard computer and reporting tools, including Excel or Google Sheets, email, and POS systems.

• Must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to the Candidasa, Karangasem area.
