HRGA Supervisor (Japanese Food Manufacture)
One of our client is looking for a talented and motivated HRGA Supervisor to lead and support our Human Resources and General Affairs functions. This role is ideal for an experienced HRGA professional who has strong knowledge of HR operations, labor regulations, industrial relations, and general affairs management within a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Human Resources
Manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, BPJS administration, training, and personnel administration.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Handle employee relations, industrial relations, and labor-related cases.
Support talent development and employee engagement initiatives.
General Affairs
Manage office facilities, permits, vendor management, security, procurement, and administrative services.
Monitor and control departmental budgets and operational costs.
Coordinate company assets and facility maintenance activities.
Environment, Health & Safety (EHS)
Develop, implement, and monitor environmental, health, and safety programs.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company standards.
Promote workplace safety awareness and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma 3 (D3) in Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management or other related disciplines
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Supervisor
Strong experience in:
Recruitment and staffing
Payroll and BPJS administration
Training and personnel management
Labor regulations and industrial relations
Handling labor disputes and employee issues
General affairs management (facilities, permits, vendors, security, procurement)
Budgeting and cost control
Environmental and safety program management
Experience in a manufacturing company is preferred.
Experience in the food industry will be an advantage.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Willing to work at CIKARANG area.
