Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in a related field, preferably in Hospital industry.
Preferably specialized in Sales Center of Excellence, Corporate Sales, Referral, or other related Sales functions.
Experience or specialization in Private Insurance, including insurance partnership management is highly preferred.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
Possess strong networking abilities and proven leadership capability.
Dynamic, consultative, and influential communication style in sales.
Results-oriented individual with a proven track record of sales performance.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to develop and maintain outstanding relationships with clients and internal stakeholders at all organizational levels.
