About the role
We are seeking a talented and experienced QA QC Furniture Manager to join our dynamic team at PT Majati Furniture in Semarang, Central Java. As the QA QC Furniture Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high quality and consistency of our furniture products, aligning with our commitment to excellence. What you'll be doing
Develop, implement & maintain QA-QC system in line with US/EU standards
Lead Incoming, In-Process & Final Inspection
Ensure product quality meets customer specifications & safety regulations
Manage NCR, CAPA & root cause analysis
Monitor quality KPI & drive continuous improvement
Conduct audit, training & ensure compliance with quality & safety standards
Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Warehouse & other departments
What we're looking for
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or related field
Minimum 7 years experience in QA-QC within furniture manufacturing, preferably for export
Strong knowledge of US/EU furniture standards & customer quality requirements
Familiar with ISO 9001, FSC, CARB, Prop 65, CPSIA, TSCA
Strong analytical, leadership & problem solving skills
Fluent in English (oral & written)
