We are looking for a charismatic, knowledgeable, and energetic Live Stream Host which specialized in Nutrition to be the face and voice of mGanik on our social commerce platforms. In this role, you will bridge the gap between clinical nutrition and digital sales by educating audiences on diabetes and hypertension management while persuasively presenting mGanik's natural nutritional solutions. If you love public speaking, have a background in nutrition, and thrive in front of the camera, we want you!
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and professional education on diabetes and hypertension management, smoothly connecting health insights with mGanik nutritional products as natural health solutions.
- Showcase product formulations, health benefits, and usage instructions dynamically during live sessions, while strictly adhering to company communication guidelines.
- Drive real-time sales and conversions by creating purchase urgency, effectively highlighting special promos, and guiding the audience through the social commerce checkout process.
- Actively monitor the live chat/comment section to respond to audience queries and concerns in a warm, solution-oriented, and professional manner to build strong customer loyalty.
- Manage the smooth execution of the live broadcast and independently troubleshoot minor technical glitches during the stream.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related health science discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Live Stream Host on social commerce platforms, OR a strong background in Nutritional Counseling.
- Medical & Nutritional Public Speaking.
- Clinical Knowledge (specifically regarding diabetes, hypertension, and metabolic health).
- Proficiency in navigating Live Streaming Tools and platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, Tokopedia, etc.).
- Presentable, well-groomed, clean, and possesses a positive, high-energy aura on camera.
- Not currently bound by other live streaming contracts or active university schedules, ensuring total focus on daily marketplace operational goals and performance targets.
