Position Overview
As a Guide Relations (Guide Park), you will be responsible for guiding visitors during activities within the park or designated tourism areas operated by Mason Adventures. Your primary duties include ensuring guests' comfort and safety throughout their experience, providing information about the history, culture, elephant, surrounding environment, and maintaining positive relationships with guests as well as internal team members.
You will also coordinate with other departments to ensure activities run smoothly according to schedules and company quality standards. As a representative of Mason Adventures, you will embody the company’s values through a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable approach.
Requirements
Female candidate.
Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
1–3 years of experience in tour guiding or related tourism roles.
Strong customer service skills.
Experience in tour guiding and guest relations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Passion for tourism and hospitality.
